When KDA Research needed to get the word out about a new offering, KDA principal Steve August teamed with Sarah on a contributed article for a research publication.

KDA had given a conference presentation in 2003 about the innovative new area of online ethnography. Working in his spare time between projects, Steve created a written document about the topic. The resulting document was over twenty pages long, and, while comprehensive, not quite compelling enough for use in sales support.

Working with Sarah, a publication-quality article was created from the initial paper in just one week. The article showcases the firm’s work in online ethnography in a piece that is short enough to read quickly. The published article has resulted in several sales leads for the new offering.
